The four bands on these cards
Mini Motorways is 4+ and returned an empty advisories array. Minecraft, Brotato, and The Room Pocket are 9+. Balatro is 12+.
I do not translate a 9+ into a personal recommendation. The number is the store’s rating.

The Room Pocket: occasional or mild horror or fear themes. Balatro: occasional or mild simulated gambling; occasional or mild mature or suggestive themes; occasional or mild horror or fear themes. Mini Motorways: no strings in the array.
The Dutch originals used “Soms/Mild” and “Soms/Milde”. The English here is the ordinary reading of those rating phrases, not a new rating.
What this page will not do
It will not rank the apps by how suitable they are for a child. The for-parents page lists the same strings in plain words and stops. It will not describe simulated gambling as a way to wager. The phrase is a content descriptor on Balatro’s card.

Mini Motorways 4+, advisories empty. Minecraft 9+, cartoon or fantasy violence, contests. Brotato 9+, cartoon or fantasy violence. The Room Pocket 9+, horror or fear themes. Balatro 12+, simulated gambling, mature or suggestive themes, horror or fear themes. Each of those phrases was marked occasional or mild on the Dutch card, except the empty list.
Simulated gambling is the descriptor that needs the least decoration. It is on Balatro’s card. This site does not add a wagering guide, odds, or a suggestion to spend the €9.99 in any particular way. The euros are the app price, not a stake.
Purchases: two cards show a paid price, one card’s description mentions a one-off unlock without an amount, one card is Gratis without that sentence, and one card has no price field. Ads were not a separate boolean in the lookup, so this page does not claim that any of the five are ad-free or ad-supported.
App Privacy labels were not in the payload I saved. The for-parents page says that gap in the same words. I am not inferring tracking from the genre label Games.
